A few years ago as many who have been on this site will tell you, during late Nov. 2010 there was a seller on eBay who it seemed to be selling lots of 3 cars, but the weird thing about these auctions was he seemed to have every kit on the show rod list, including every John Bogosain kit, the other thing about his auctions was that every kit seemed to be in atrocious condition. I was overall disinterested in his lots until I found out while going through them, had been posting his kits in lots of three, while not posting pics of two of the cars in the main listing. During that period of about three weeks in which he posted many grails I was able to buy a number of lots that included the hemi howler, Koo Koo kar, Der beetle bus, lug bug, Rommels rod, and a number of other kits that were included in the lots. Out of all the kits hew listed, if anyone remembers, the lots that I bought seemed to be the worst condition out of anything, recently after a few years of these cars sitting around I got to work on restoring them. For the Koo Koo kar I used my weathering tools and chalks, while for the howler I simply used citadel paints sprayed through my airbrush. This is the progress as of today. After a few weeks of sanding, filling, and paint/ prep work, this is as far as I've gotten on the howler the car itself, I changed the wheels to magnum 500 wheels after I replaced the wheels on my barracuda model The Koo Koo kar after days of work, I think I got it looking pretty realistic, how about you? another

some progress, I decided to repaint the car with pastels to go along with the other cars I'm working on, the colors I decided on were a base cloth color commonly used on strollers, and a custom mixed purple, I am now chrome painting the parts, and have sourced an engine from a royal rail, as for the gypsy wagon I have made some progress on that and will post pics of that later what it started as What I've done to it so far I've painted the whole frame since this was taken I've painted the bottle cap and since this was taken also the light, after going through the gypsy wagon and finding mo place for it, I have since decided to remove the flower and place it in the howler
