I need some help from someone who knows how to convert jpg and btmp files to vector format. I am trying to make some nascar style decal sheets and the conversion to vector is WAY above my abilities. If anyone here knows how to do this PLEASE contact me. I'm painted into a corner here.

Can't make heads or tails of it. That's why i'm asking for help. Years ago while doing my own decal work with my ALPS I was in need of vector base & pixel based program information so I hired a college student majoring in art.. I gave him my goals and objectives and he showed me the way ... might be an option for you ...

Unfortunately the best way to do this is manually. Most bitmap-to-vector converters will not do a good enough of a job and the vectors will still need to be cleaned up manually.
I use Corel Draw (vector drawing program) which includes auto tracing (either as a CorelTrace standalone app or built-in into Draw, in the newer versions).
Either way, to get good results you need to know what you're doing (and that takes practice). Don't expect on your first attempt to just take a bitmap and instantly have a vector drawing.
