Albeit the spokes on the 1:1 wheels are more oval shaped, than round, these look great Bill!!! I'm sure with some metalizer and paint they will look perfect. Nice job bud!!!

You are correct Brother Rat, these are round. With the crude home made equipment I'm using, I'm content with round. Creating 24 oval spokes that all match would have taken me a life time. This is my first build to ever start without a kit base, and I'm shooting for the Toledo NNL. (Oct.) Your observance is duely noted, and taken as constructive. Always appreciate your honesty! Okay... I wanted to build a 1/8th scale Boot Hill Express! I guess I'll have to be content to watching you build one instead... The wheels look great! And of course, I'll definitely be watching this build as it progresses. And I will be JEALOUS!!!  Keep up the great work!!!!!!!!! |
