First one I've been able to complete for a while.
I'd say it's mostly box stock, but I had to swap the body for one from the 1925 Switcher kit (after I lost the door from the Roth kit).

The Switcher body and the interior had to be altered to fit the steering column and linkage.

Also (as if I needed more complications), the decals did some sliding when the finish coat of clear was applied, giving some of them a saggy, rounded look.

Oh yeah, and the cat destroyed the correct license decals!
Still, looks good on the shelf!
