I built this for the Car-toons Model Forum and thought I post it here and see what you think .
It's a Tom Daniel Thunder Bug with pieces from the Revell and Tamiya VW kits . I scratch built the roof rack and the steel wheels .
This was kind of improvised as I went along as I had no idea what I wanted to do with it . In fact , the driver was added the day before I finished it when I happened to see a "Toy Story" character at Walmart !
Quite a change from my normal builds but it was a lot of fun !

And here it's displayed next to my original Thunder Bug .
