Hey Klowns Here is my take on the Road Agent. The used Alclad Candy Orange for the body man & I have to say dudes the photos don't bring it up as good as it looks man. The body is just sitting there to show all you Klowns how good this stuff is man When the sun was behind clouds In the sunlight Inside under my lights

If they have that stuff at the Toledo swap, I fear my wallet may be in trouble.

Yeah! What's the story on prep? Do you have to use a specific color or type of paint under the candy? It looks great on the Agent.

Thanks klowns As far as prep goes man, just wash the body in warm soapy water & let air dry man The base coat is 2 coats of Alclad Silver base shoot straight over the bear plastic at 15psi. TIP - Make sure the plastic is smooth as glass man with no imperfections or they will show up in the final colour. I actually gave this a quick go over man with the polish kit starting with 6000 before I shot the silver base man. The top coat is 4 coats of Alclad candy orange shot at 20psi with 5 minute intervals between coats man. At this stage there is no clear coat on it yet man but I'm thinking of putting Tamiya clear on it dudes Cheers

OK.. so I smelled the kandy Alclad paint from across the pond and came to see what the hub-bub was all about ... this looks really cool Tye.. If anyone can lay the Alclad down it would be you and it's looks fantastic! .. I'm sorry to say that I'm sticking with my House of Kolor paints and urethanes but I may try this on a special project down the road so I'll be following along !!
peace out - Starryeyes

Thanks for the show and tell regarding the Alclad Kandies, must get some when I find them. Alclad chrome was my reason for building model cars again, (kit chrome was just too toylike, oops, I said that !!)
Cheers Eh!
