Long time without posting or building. This is the first kit I'm building in a few years.
I started this long before the Ecto-1 snap kit came out. I had to put it up on the shelf when I started having hand problem's. I started back on it mid February this year working 15-20 mins at a time before my hands start to hurt.
I made the flasher circuit myself using a 556 timer chip to run the flashers on the roof and the strobe on the front bumper.
I didn't have a Cadillac kit to steal the rear bumper from, so I cut the diamond plate off the bumper and scratched built the center section. I think I got it close to looking to a stock bumper.
I need to find a set of stock Cadillac wheels to more closely match to look of the original Ecto-1.
