Started life as a Beverly Hillbillies truck. New cab and bed were made. While not a 100% showrod.....it will make more sense later....so enjoy and thanks!!!   Mr Haney's truck from Green Acres.......stay tuned! |

You remember all those years ago we were trying to start a contest on un-showrodding show rods back into production -type vehicles? This reminds me of that... It's neat.

One reason I post this build was I am also building a hot rodded version....was never in the show....but like the Hillbillies I thought it was a cool idea! THX

Hey Dave, i just read your Amtrak story! We went from Minot ND to Portland on it last week, arrived 10 hours late due mostly to oil train delays. Everyone should do it once! Good story.

Thank Kapp.......train travel is not for every trip but yes......once for sure.
In JAN I will head to CA again, on the train, and on my return trip my daughter will ride with me.
We can't wait.
PS the hot rod version of this truck is stalled....but it will happen!
