Hey guys thought you may get a kick out of this build inspired by 1962 issue of R+C featuring awesome model competition.This rod blew me away and just had to have one !

I Like It, .... and of course it's Very Reminiscent of L'il Coffin. Looks as if it could have been like the beginning stages OF the L'il Coffin. Like you might see IN a Progression photo OF.

I Like it Alot, and you have Great Taste in Old School Rodz !!! -AL Hey Al-thanks for that- I was lucky in that I had a great teacher - my dad - who built many cool AMT customs and was a pioneering rodder who actually built a copy of Barris' Emperor back in '66 (which must have been an awesome sight back then here in Melbourne) I'm fortunate enough to also have the custom grille from this car in my possesion today! Without his influence I would never have built any of these customs.. |
