I decided to try and complete a few of my old stalled projects. Here is the start to converting a 96 Vette into a panel van (not sure what you guys call them). I started by cutting the body and extending the roof. Since these pics I went on holidays and took this and completed the engine and interior pics later.    |

I always loved this idea, to make from a Corvette a Vanversion, great start, John! This was my attempt: coffincorner.proboards.com/thread/15103/vanman-corvettevanSomeone here had the idea to start a competition on this theme and some members have also started to build... ... by the way, where are these builds?  |

Thanks Bobby, Yeah I saw that van and it is great. Yours has lots of mods but I decided just to do it easy as it has been on my unfinished shelf for a long time. I did buy a 72 to mod but I could not bring myself to cut it up as I think that body shape is cool as it is. I better get back to it as the interior is almosted painted. |
