My take on this release. Built box stock. It's a solid fitting piece... and much bigger than I expected compared to other monster car kits. Where the Roth kits went big monster/smaller rod, the Willys and its motor are impressive. Chrome parts are Alcadded, headlights and grille are BMFd, all under Future clearcoat. Driver and flames were a combo of spray and drybrush. Only disappointment is the logistics of fitting the driver with his arm cleanly into the cab. I tried jimbertges idea of gluing the whole body together before fitting the arm thru the window, but I needed to remove the thumb first, and still had to do touch ups to paint scars on the shift arm.

Beautiful build!!! This is a better try than their first, but they failed 100% on the wheels.

Very sanitary build! All of your paint work is well done, just looks right! I've got one in the works, just haven't made up my mind on the paint, so it sits for now. Nice job!

Have one in the stash pile, thanks for the hint on the arm, thumb, shifter assembly. Love Alclad, that product got me back into model cars, and your build is a great example. Thanks for sharing. Cheers Eh!
