Thanks Bob It's a Jimmy Flintstone "Mad Monsters" kit check out my other offering: coffincorner.proboards.com/thread/17706/cousin-ralphI tried an experiment with the paint and didn't use regular model paint, I used FW artists ink from Daler Rowney, and Schminke Flesh Tone for the character, It's all ink apart from the exhaust and tailpipe which is Vallejo "Liquid Silver" and of course the clearcoat is regular stuff. Nice build and great painting. I'll have to look into the ink "thing" for future builds.

I love this kit! Yours is the only other one I have ever seen built! (I did mine probably 10 years ago or more!)  Thanks Tim and yours is the only other one I've ever seen. The ink is good but doesn't cover over large areas so it needs to be sprayed other than that it does render itself very well for small areas and will seep into the nooks and crannies great. Check out the booster on the back of the rocket, it's the cut down top from a superglue bottle. All the Best Ade |
