A friend of mine acquired a TD Dune Rat kit in pristine condition and it's 99.9% complete ! The .1% it's missing is one headlight . Going thru my boxes I found every other part but a headlight . I know it's hardly worth mailing such a little part by itself but I'm willing to pay the postage .  HELP ! BOB . |

Bob, I'll hook you up. I got an incomplete built one off eBay that only has one of the headlights. I was planning on using a pair of lights from something else anyway.

Don, let me do some checking and get back to you. I have another complete DR builder, and if one or more of my alternate (chromed) headlight ideas is a close enough match, I can send you an original part. The kit parts don't have any lenses - they are just the hollow light buckets. I wanted to maybe replace them with some cowl lights from the '34 or Model A kits, both of which are chromed and have separate lenses.
If the alternates are too different in size, I may want to hang on to the originals, just for the sake of having a 100% original. Lemme see...
