Attached is the finished model I built from Moebius kit the VonFranco Hoods and Crooks model kit  20151129_115908 by Aaron Olmsted, on Flickr  20151129_115947 by Aaron Olmsted, on Flickr the paint is Testors I laid down gold fleck then coated over with Transparent Candy Red. I have not been in the model game for sometime but would like to get into showing my models once I get better at it. I have some real cool models in the works that I plan on finishing up and seeing if there is a Show in my area?  |

I have some ways to go before I am show worthy but I am getting back into building as I have been away from it way too long! Tooold I am near Austin, Texas so hope there is some shows near me? Maybe in Houston or Dallas?  |

Very nice build of another Moebius fail!!! If they would have gotten the wheels right this kit it would have been an awesome kit! At least it is better than the "Eye Gone Wild kit!!!

EYE agree RatRod the wheels were really the weak link on this build. I did use Polystyrene on them and filled them end to make them look better (its hard to see in the pictures because the way I shot the pictures) but I wish I did not have to fill them in in the first place. I took one look at the Eye Gone wild kit and it was a pass for me, much better stuff out there to build! SWG |
