Got it in the mail yesterday. First thing.... Cut down that huge ugly turtle deck to look like the real one.I cut about 5 / 16 " off.you can see how much I cut in the pic with the deck mounting tabs. Attachment DeletedAttachment Deleted

I did some fitting today. Had to lower the rear about 3/8 of an inch to make it look right.cut the firewall to clear the distributor. Painted the phone !!!

Nice score on the King T. I'd like one of those, myself, someday. I wouldn't build it exactly as Tognotti's car, though. I d want to do it as more of a '70s style rod. I just like that earlier style T body and the flat topped fenders.

First time I have ever seen the car, looks neat. Talk about inspirational.
I've got a real 1:1 scale 24 T turtle deck roadster built from a tourer stored away. One day it'll be a 60's showrod.
