The Cool N Tasty Ice Cream rod is off the bench! I started with the glue bombed back of an Ice Cream Truck. It was the nastiest, brush-painted and glue smudged thing in my Boneyard. I decided to see if I could make something nice out of it and soaked it in Super Clean to strip off the paint. The original cab was broken, and few parts remained. I found the C-cab to a Fruit Wagon T, I think, and I stretched the cab floor to bring the cowl up to the roof overhang. The chassis and cab had already been built 60-70% twice before, in two different ways, like a tow truck... but I never liked the roof overhang. The blown 409 came from one of those versions. I scratch-built the lower portion of the bed box, and widened a set of Groovy Grader rear rims with chrome outers. Overall, it's not flawless, as I had to leave the windows glued in the box and paint around them, but I'm pleased to have saved it. It was a fun build. See the build thread here: Build thread.

Great stance, I like the big n' littles. It looks like a factory kit. Nice bashing!

The stretch on the cab gives it a much better look. Very nice. Paul

Nice. I'm building the streetbeast 26. Very similar. Ah-ha! That's where my cab and fenders came from! I knew it was something like that... Mine were in the Boneyard, but I remember seeing the intake scoops. A lot of parts are very similar... Especially the rear box. Thanks for jogging my memory on that.
