Nice to see this one done, Brandon. Looks awesome. Jacking it up was the right way to go.

Nice to see this one done, Brandon. Looks awesome. Jacking it up was the right way to go. Thanks, and I agree.... You know I had that one momentary lapse of reason and lowered it down, and while it would have worked as a more 70's version, the sky-scraping stance and the Cragars and other parts really come alive in the more experimental '60s era, and it's more dynamic.

Very nice. Great build, you nailed the gasser look. With that set up 1:1 it would be a wheelie monster.

I had some wheelie bars from a Scool Bus, but they kept getting bumped off...

NICELY done! Question on the engine in the front, whats the twin blower set up like? I have a build, I plan to do something similar, BUT I'm not sure if I'm gonna "stack" twin-blowers, OR if I'm gonna angle them as you have them in he front of this truck!
Any help, and or pictures of the way the engine went together be greatly appreciated, and VERY helpful in me deciding how I'm gonna do mine!

It has twin scoops on top. (that's not my Trantula, for the record.. I found the pic online) There are some "V-twin" blowers out there, on a '60s AMT Corvette, the drag-style Studebaker, and the Bathtub buggy, but I think their belt system looks bulky...

Brandon, VERY nicely done! I had to ask on the engine and blower set up (I am looking for V-Twin Blower set-ups) so.... I'm, looking for ideas of all this to make my own. I myself like the belt clustering, make it look real and all that serpentine work in the belt system!

Awesome! Is that a good word? Perhaps mind bending is more like it! As if the front mounted Tarantula style engine wasn't enough, surprise two more in the rear.lol won't pass a gas station, but the trip between will be short. Good work redirecting a project from the procrastination pile

Great build Brandon. It looks better as a Gasser than it did lowered.
