Hey guys looking for a few engines, first a Pontiac straight six, as complete as possible in 24th or 25th scale. and a front mounted front drive v-8, think caddy Eldorado  ? in 24th scale or a larger 25th, I want to do rear engine v-8 beetle and I started out with the new issue revel 66 kit but its a larger 24th scale and the engine I was gonna use is from one of the old AMT Indy lotus fords and its really small. thanks |

I don't know how detailed the front drive unit is, but don't forget the Hurst Hairy Olds. It's 1/24. Maybe some of the other Toronado kits could work. The Aerovette has a rear drive unit also with a sideways mounted small block.

If you can find a cheap on the MPC /AMT 1969 Pontiac Firebird comes with a SOHC in line 6 cylinder.
AMT, MPC and Johan all did Tornado's with the AMT 1970 and te MPC 1967 having the best power packs. All show up some what cheap on e bay.
Might try the final drive unit from the Raiders Coach. Its a mix of Eldorado or Tornado final drives and you get a pair of 455 Olds engines. Paul
