Back in maybe 2002, Kitbuilders Magazine sponsored a limited edition reissue of the old Lindberg Loonies "Satan's Crate" model. I bought one then, fiddled with it a bit, then put it away. And a couple months ago I found it during a hobby room tidying and got it out again. And now it's finished. Satan's body was covered with molded-on hair texture that I didn't care for, so back in the day I had sanded all of it off. I also added a scoop to make the engine more interesting, and because I didn't want to paint the kit's one-piece spoked wheels, I stole the drag racing wheels and tires from the Slingster. And here are pics! I especially like the headlights, which are far nicer than you'd expect on this sort of cheapie kit: All the Loonies were reissued by Hawk (I think) a couple years ago, and are easy to find on eBay. They were: Satan's Crate, the Big Wheeler, Road Hog, and the Scuttle Bucket. Now that the Crate is finished, I've built them all

This is really cool! I've never build one of the cartoon style builds but this one is great! What paint did you use? The colors are great on this, and it looks really nicely put together!
