This was the first early Monogram model that I restored and it got me hooked on them , only problem was that I restored it using the oval gas tank and that always bothered me . I recently decided the tank needed to be replaced with the pickup bed so it would match the rest of my Box Art builds . I guess it would be called a "Make-Over" .

Got this same sort of project going now. I am using one of the later T's and back-dating to the Little T. I pretty much have all the pieces collected up I need except the headers and that is sorta throwing me a curve, know of a good source for those? Great job, Love it.

Clean build! I like the extra cheater feature you've done to the slicks. Mind if I ask how you pulled it off? After I'm done sanding and while the tires are still chucked in my drill I use a razor saw to cut the grooves in them . |
