I bought this on ebay UK about 6 or so months ago. The date of the kit is 1969 so the decals (although I coated them in two layers of gloss clear) would not release from the paper backing except the footprints that I've put on the roof!



I have found another sheet of decals called 'Flower Power', so used those.

The wood panels look great!  Are they decals or paint?

Hi James. The kit decals show black and white wavy lines in the panel, so I substituted my own printed 'woody' decals.
The chrome wheel discs don't come with the kit. The wheels discs provided are supposed to be Long Play vinyl records!

Of course I suffer from CRS, but I believe that is the first built version of this kit I have seen. I dig it Pat, nice build with good sixties beach theme. I like the wheels black.
