If you've ever wanted to build one of these Hot Rod Shopping Carts this is what you need ! It measures 11 " long x 11" tall x 8" wide and is made of bright nickel plated steel . It's been collecting dust in my garage for years and I realize that I'm never going to build it myself so it's FREE to a good home , just pay the shipping . It would require a 1/16th or 1/12th scale engine - wheels - tires to build . PM me with your Zip Code and I'll figure the shipping . Please only if you're serious . . . I'd hate to see it sit in someone else's garage for the next 10 years .     |

I have no idea where it came from , been on top of a cabinet collecting dust for 10-12 years . PM me your address and it's yours if you pay the shipping . |

Looks like nobody wants it so into the back of my truck with the rest of the junk and to the dump it goes on Monday morning ! Can't say I didn't try .  |

That's a bummer Bob - that was really generous of you! I don't really have anything to use to build it or any space to put it if I HAD built it...but maybe someone will pop up in the next couple of days and give it a good home. It IS bitchin'!

Problem here is space too , I'd like to build some large scale stuff but I barely have room for the small stuff !
I really thought somebody out there would want to give this a try . There was a thread a couple of years ago about these hot rodded shopping carts and it seemed like everybody wanted one !

looks like i joined the site just a couple of days to late...i woulda had that cart built in a week....im pretty bummed out already...for the last few years ive watched my local towns parade have one of these carts.....very cool in a show rod way

I hate to say it but the cart IS gone . Not throwing modeling goodies away , just finally cleaning out my garage of 40 years worth of stuff that I've accumulated . Had two pickup truck loads . . . very hard to get rid of some of it . |
