An altered rendition of the Depth Charger.
I moved the cab forward to fill what I considered to be an awkward empty space on the frame. Of course, that compacted everything, including the wheel base.
The speargun got a new home (rather than mounting it on the side tank, pointed at the front wheel)
The fronts are from a snap Sting Ray kit, so I guess that's fitting. Painted Diamond Dust and Bahama Blue with Deja Blue accents.
I tried not to overdo the decals (and they give you so many!), and still ended up using some leftover odds and ends.
T'anks for lookin!

Shortening it certainly improved the looks of that kit! Well done!

All good changes, and a great build. I really like the paint choices too.

This is a great build love the custom touches on it. I will have to finish mine with a twist as well.

The shortened wheelbase looks sooooooo much better ! One of those "Duh , why didn't I think of that !" modifications .

Thanks, guys.
This was a kit I never thought I'd build.
I had 3 in the stash (somewhere I'd gotten a great deal on them, and thought "Great parts, and I might do a version of the Gypsy Wagon!").
I had built a Royal Rail, and then dismantled it, but then, I put together a Flameout, and after that, well,
I figured I COULD find a place on the shelf (and they need a bit more) for these Gumball tired kits.
On a tangent, for us oldsters, I looked at the cab, before I put on the visor, and thought, "OMG, it's Master Cylinder from Felix the Cat"! You youngsters, look it up. Maybe you'll build a Robo-car.

Shortened up fer shur, but still not too complicated to look at! That's some clean build with an excellent finish. Kudos!
