Looks fantastic. My Quicksilver has been gone for a long time. I should pick one up again. I really like your choice for the yellow carpet in the back. Really stands out.

Always liked that Monogram kit. At one time, I had seven Bad News / Quicksilver kits sitting on my shelf; there was just something irresistable about the box art, and every time I saw one in a store, I felt compelled to buy it.

This looks really nice- I like the deep red seat inserts . I've always wanted to rebuild mine , but the lack of decals has always stopped me from taking it apart . The carpeting in mine was a nasty dark mustard color so I never used it.

Super job and I love that silver flake paint ! Always liked these kits , maybe 'cause I've owned a couple '60 El Caminos over the years . Had a chance to buy a Sedan Delivery once but it was too rough for my liking . Great job !  |

Very nice work! I like the clear glass in this kit rather than the tinted glass that comes with the Bad News.

Great looking build, nice details. What silver paint did you use? Well, the paint is Motip automotive spray bombs. I dont know in what other countries they sell... Its the silver metallic from their "Basic series" |
