I figured a new thread would be more up to date as I add parts...The skinny tires I made to set the ride height- I may print them connected to get the WB locked in.

I have no experience with 3D print but you're churning out impressive stuff and it seems to be something I'd like to get in to. Detail is right on! Is there a lot of prep time before printing? Do you have to literally draw it out à la CAD or convert an image much like bit mapping? Both? When I see the modeling possibilities more every day, I'm guessing I'll have one in the office sometime in the future. However you're doing it, keep it up.

I create the part from my own sketch...I sometimes make paths in illustrator and import in Autodesk ALIAS but you can use any 3D program. I build them actual size in mm's. 2. I export as stl 3. I repair stl online makeprintable.com/dashboard to eliminate holes 4. I use Chitubox to create print slices 5. I print using an Anycubic Photon S -bought on Amazon 6. had huge trepidation before first print but it worked amazing!

I LOVED Mechanical Drafting in jr. high. It's pretty satisfying to fuss with it til it's ready... test prints and rework get better every time
