New to the site, so my apologies if this is a repost.... I saw this on a Steampunk site and was wondering if anyone has more information on it...a person who saw it said he was building a model of it and am curious if he is a member of this site....I think this is wickedly cool.....😎

Its trailered to shows on a similar styled Flat Bed/Back Truck.
