Metal Earth - Space Shuttle Launch Kit

I started this the day after Christmas and over the next ten days it took about 14 hours to finish . I built a couple of their planes a few years ago but they were nothing like this , they only had a dozen or so parts . This kit had 80 pieces !
The instructions were a challenge and shaping the curved parts takes lots of patience , but it was worth the effort and very satisfying to eventually finish the model . I think everybody should try at least one of the Metal Earth kits , you might enjoy it ! I take lots of photos , hope you like it .

I love these kits.
Done some Star Wars ones and have a 60's Bat Mobile to do.
Great distractions.
might have to get this one myself.

Wow that is a great build. That looks fantastic. I looked at the Prime Mover one but I thought I would rather build a plastic one.

Thanks Rodger ! Don't have the Batmobile but I do have a couple others that I may do this year .

Thanks much John ! Not familiar with Prime Mover but I did build a Revell kit years ago . It was too big and I had no place to display it , not a problem with this little one .

Thanks and no they don't ! These can be some of the most challenging kits you ever try to build .
