I LOVE Torino's for some reason. Never owned one but always wanted one. Ranchero's are rare and I wish had been model subjects for ions A remarkable job Bob. Truly remarakable

I'm the same . Always been a Chevy guy but still like Ford's especially Torino's , probably got that from my late Brother-In-Law . He always drove Fords and owned at least a half dozen Torino's , also he had a '69 Ranchero GT which was the inspiration for this build .

Chevy guy here, too, but this has to be one of the best conversions I've ever seen! Amazingly clean and accurate work.

Now that is properly cool. Super clean build and some inspired kit bashing - a great job!

That's some superfine craftsmanship. A phantom I wouldn't know didn't actually exist in the real world. What a kit that would be if it were available. Top drawer stuff my friend. Kudos!

Thanks you very much ! I'm an El Camino guy but the model manufacturers really missed the boat not doing more Rancheros , I'd by them all !

Holy cow!! That is great! I’ve always liked your old Monogram/Tom Daniel stuff, but I never knew you had the resto musclecar in you. Fantastic job on the conversion and the finished model looks great. And I love musclecars in those pale yellows that were popular in the second half of the ‘60s.

Brian Thanks very much Brian and it's good to hear from you ! Yeah that pale yellow looks great on so many cars , I've got a '69 Falcon that may end up the same color .

Bob, I wish I had this as my hand-me-down drive back in the 70s. I inherited my mom's not-as-cool '69 4-door Torino sedan (so... just the front half of yours) with a vinyl roof. And definitely not the fastback Torino version, either. Of course, NOW I wish it could have made it to the present day, and found it's cool factor.
But, thanks for the partial flashback with such a superb build! It's a beauty!

Thanks much Jim ! They're all pretty cool cars even the 4-doors . My Brother-In-Law had a Ranchero just like this one and until I drove it I was pretty much an El Caminos only guy but this opened my eyes .
