Got hold of a build up of Monogram's Bathtub Buggy. No decals, but I don't think I'd use them anyway if there were. Mostly parts detailing and additions. I'll be doing the teardown soon and plan to post the wip rebuild for anyone interested.

Sorry Dave but I honestly didn't think to take a photo when I got the kit home. Just going to post a shot of the pile o' pieces I've since reduced it to and it tells me I'm unable to post anyway. I think I ran into this situation quite a while ago as well. Any idea how long before it's corrected?

Thanks for the shout out r&r. Don't know if you'll learn anything new from this rebuild, but I am thinking of trying gold leaf to replace the kit supplied gold-ish metallic finish. Failing that I just may go the Alclad chrome route with real copper and brass piping and a little Xtra detailing. As usual it is a wip, so we'll see.

Gonna try Dennis! Got a few parts currently in the purple bath (bathtub included) and doing some parts cleanup before I start building. It won't be an oob build as I hope to add a few details along the way. For instance, I'm currently looking for small plastic dinosaurs with claws to put ball and claw feet on the tub etc. Anyway, hope to get started soon. Thanx for the shout out!
