Nice, I like the decals on the windows, and all the daisies up top!

Nice looking build, Dave! Glad you're building! I've YET to build one of these, I keep breaking them up for parts to kitbash.
Yes, retirement is great, isn't it? It's wonderful to do whatever you want, when you want. Sometimes takes a while to get in the swing of things. Before I retired, asked some fellow workers who had gone before me, how long it took them to adjust. I got answers from a month or two, to a year. Took me more than a year. A good idea of knowing when is, when you wake up, don't know what day it is, and don't care!

Great looking build, Dave! I have yet to build one of these as well.
I don't know when I will get to retire from working even though I will be 65 this coming December.

Excellent work, Dave. I can't tell that this kit is troublesome based on your clean assembly. It's great to see you finally getting a chance to bond plastic. Can't wait to see what you do next!

A beauty, Dave! I have yet to build one stock. I frustrated myself by constantly snapping off the fender mounts. Salvaged some good parts, tho.

Have one of these in the "Started" pile of intendeds. Dont we all ? Looks like box stock build, nicely done, like the orange paint. That old MPC box art sure has taken a beating. Have been retired for 20+ years now and am busier than ever, like when did I find time to go to work ? Enjoy

Wow, Slippery Arts decals! To quote Obi Wan, "That's a name I've not heard in a looong time, a long time "
And your build is fantastic ; I've never built one, but wish I had one now

Excellent work! I attempted to build this model when I was teenager, but I never managed to finish it. No doubt about it, this is definitely one of the more difficult builds out there! I really like the fact that you used the original paint scheme instead of the simplified one found on the re-release.
