Porsche Carrera Cabrio by Revell

Finished this little Porsche Carrera Cabrio today by Revell. The rear deck hinge is extremely delicate and didn't work so I changed it out with custom hinges so I could remove it if I want. Also had to put the the bucket seats further back... the attachment points are way to far forward. Here she is:

Looks like fine work on a storied brand. Even though I'm a Corvette guy (and yes, I finally own one as of 2024,) I also love Porsches and looked hard at them before getting my C8.

You're not gonna believe it but it is Tamiya Acrylic X-2 airbrushed over the white plastic... no primer.  The red interior I mixed Tamiya red and a touch of orange.  Thats it!
