Model Car Spectacular by Alan Barten

Alan Barten is a member on the MCM forum and he recently completed this collection of the "AMT Trophy Series" models . They aren't all on Dave's Show Rod list but several of them are and most of the rest could be considered Show Rods in their own right . Dave , if you'd prefer this be posted in the Non Show Rod section please feel free to move it .

Absolutely fabulous Alan! Not only are they great builds, but the display is marvelous, and I love how you placed the models according to how they appear in the ad! This is just too cool! Great accomplishment- must be SO satisfying! Congrats!

This is just so damned cool! I did not know about the AMT Trophy series and making it "real" in one massive display seems unprecedented to me. Fantastic tribute to the hobby!

I agree completely Dave which is why I asked Alan for permission to post it . It's one of those rare models/displays that every one should see .
