There are 3 different ways to reply to another member's posting in a thread:
1. The standard Reply button is at the top of the thread, in the upper right-hand corner. It's typically used for general comments in the thread, and not a direct response to a specific posting. It will allow you to make a post with the full formatting bar:
2. The Quick Reply is at the very bottom of the thread. It does the same thing, only you don't have to click anything--just start typing!
3. The Quote feature can be useful in a thread with multiple posts, because you can reply to a specific posting and it will be clear to everyone on which post you are commenting:
- Use the standard Reply button.

- Use the Quote button.
