So what is everyone got on the bench for this weekend? You guys have been crankin' out some killer stuff the past few weeks!! Total inspiration!! I managed to get white basecoat on the redone interior components of the "Lil'r Coffin" (sans heatgun) and the 65' Lincoln last night, tomorrow they get hit with Chameleon Purple. I've decided on Kandy Purple for the Lincoln body, with redlines and Cragar 5-spokes. I did get some driveline work done of the Coffin and started fiddling with the motor. I also want to get the Tiki bike in basecoat as well so it can start getting some airbrush work hopefully. My 1:1 Duece goes on the block for sale in just a few weeks, so I've got work to do on it, and time is short. I was cleaning my pool at 10 pm lst night....Never enough time in the day....OH! I did pick up one of those 47' Ford COE trucks from Jada at K-fart lst night!! How kool is that thing, and its 1/24 scale!! Totally bitchin'!!!! If you havent found one, it's worth looking for. You know what I still haven't seen is one of those Coupes with the skull intake? Terminator dominator exterminator thingie.....Crap, whats the name? LOL.

I'm finally back working on a few things....I have a pretty good start on my "Milk Trike", with the engine and interior painted in MM "Hot Magenta". I'm thinking maybe keeping the exterior white and shooting that with a Pearl White". I just received a resin "tubbed" chassis for the AMT '72 Chevy Nova, going to use the rear drive parts from the AMT '70 Coronet Super Bee on the Nova to give it a more Pro Street look.

The Defibrillator I have not seen any here also. Toy Zone made them in black, orange, and red. The details aren't very sharp on them and I have only seen a couple on ebay(around $24.00) One could use solder wire for the headers and if you need a skull head Tim, I might have what you need. It would work with 1/24 scale. just add some putty to stretch it out.

I saw that 40% coupon for Hobby Lobby, but the store I take a roadtrip to, in Mankato, is under 7 inches of snow so far this morning (the first big snowstorm in MN this season) so maybe I'll skip that! Probably will keep painting and building on the Hard Hat Hauler, but I just got in the mail yesterday the Tijuana Taxi, off Paul & eBay (and I just did a Buy It Now from him for the Drag-U-La & Koach ... yikes! reasons to work more OT here! ) so that ... just could ... distract me a little in thinking of ways to rebuild that one up! Plus look at my airbrush, as its acting funny (its a Badger, so I can hear the chorus of "toss it!" now! )

No showrods at the moment - my mother was in a car accident yesterday and is supposed to keep her fractured leg elevated, so I took the day off work to help out - and brought my Alfa roadracer with me.

I have a few things going: I am modifying a Black Force to look like a 30's style Delahaye, filled in the factory holes, added full front skirts, added body moldings which I will chrome. I hope to paint it either red or blue metallic, some custom mixed urethane paint I picked up today at a local paint shop. Oh, it was pre-ordered by someone who didn't pick it up, so I paid $3 for a 6oz. can. Also, my AMT 63 Nova conv is ready to have some BMF added after being painted raspberry metallic lacquer. Smells nice / Miss Deal Stude is in the final stages of assembly. I painted it pink! I did the engine compartment in BMF. A kustom painted 67 Mustang fastback with some excellent gold paint with fogging by a local kustom painter. I can't tell you his name but his initials are RickG / I added BMF to the grille and tail panel and it looks great! Oh, I got my Tiger Sharks this week and they look great! Now comes moving the parts around to restore my Car Craft Dream Rods...two of them. I think there were two different colour schemes over the years before the change to the Tiger Shark. That's it...4 on the go, 2 waiting.

Glad you asked! I am painting my newly acquired Orange Hauler. Painting it Boyd's Kandy Purple, that is! Tomorrow I go old car hunting with some pals. Sunday I am heading South of the Border to Wiliston North Dakota to pickup a 24" Hi-Rise bike. Can you tell my family is out of town?

i'm working on a hurst hairy olds, but mine will not be box stock. i am doing a wheel change, paint scheme change and decal change. the main reson for the decal change is that i don't have the correct decals for it. i hate the toronado style wheels, so those are getting dumped. not sure on the paint color yet, but it will be a solid color. everything else will be box stock.

Here's a couple of shots of an AWB T-Bolt I did a few years back. I always loved those big teardrop scoops.
