click the add tags icon on the 2nd row, 4th from left, then insert the url in between the img /img tags  |

Well, you're essentially linking a picture posted somewhere on the web. This picture of yours appears to be a thumbnail to a larger picture. So I would guess using the URL (Address) of the larger picture..  thanks Paul...how do get larger picts?
