Had a little brain-fart last night and took a sanding stick and X-ACTO to one of my $5.00 T-Buggies from Big Lots. Went from something that looked kinda like this: To rounder edges more like a Roth showrod like this: I was inspired by this illustration by E. Black: Of course, mine won't really look like that one, but it'll share the '60s flavor and a bubbletop.

Hey Great idea.. So where do you get all these Bubble tops? Have fun building that motor. BiLL.. I was going to cut down a Predicta top, but the Beatnik Bandit II bubble is a really good fit already. Rather than the Mysterion vibe of the illustration, I'm going for more of a Beatnik Bandit look, anyway. Bubbletops? I just got a really nice vacuformer... now I need to carve some bucks...

Neat idea! I picked up a couple extra of those kits just for bashing parts- especially the tires and wheels.
