OK, this is the last set of progress photos.....Body has several coats of tamiya metallic green followed by several coats of tamiya pearl clear. Front and rear suspension has been added. The tires and rims that are setting on it now may or may not bu used....still have some other ideas kicking around. The dragon was sprayed flat black and then hand dry-brushed with craft paints in dark green, followed by cape cod blue, light green, and white. Eyes, teeth, claws were then detailed. The cage was the biggest challenge as this was a rebuild with heavy glue damage and heavy brush paint. Several dips in polly s scalecoat paint remover and elbow grease removed the old paint. The cage was glued back together and all the joints, seams, glue scraping marks and gouges were filled in with putty and sanded smooth. Cage was primed and painted metallic green and cleared with pearl. I then used baremetal foil chrome and gold to do the cage detail. Wooden sections of cage were painted with craft paints in various shades of browns with dry-brush detail and then "detailer" black wash was then applied over the wood. Thanks................Fred

VERRRRRY COOL! ! ! ! Are you going to do the whole circus theme. . .this a build for every aspect of the circus. .. could be very cool! ! ! !
The tiny clown car, the street vendors, the pooper scoopers car, Other trailer cars . . . a big top tent as a diorama. . . the well you get the idea. and how fast you build it should be done by July! ! ! hehehehe
So All you have to do is come up with a name for your Circus! ! ! ! and keep that theme through out the builds What a riot!
Great job GB Barten
