I was able to strip the remaining yellow paint off the bus, drill out the rivet holding the body onto the chassis and remove the rubber wheels. I then added some blocks to the front end of the chassis and cut some of the metal away from the rear wheel wells of the chassis with a dremel cutoff wheel. I then used the front and rear tires/rims, brake rotors from the jada ford econoline pickup. I then had to add two window pillars that were missing from the right side of the bus. Hope to lay down some paint here as soon as I can stop fighting with all this snow we are getting ;D ;D ;D!!
OK I got the painted layed down, Tamiya pearl lime green metallic and black metallic over a white primer base. decals are a mix of Slixx and whatever else I could find in my decal stash ;D ;D!! I am still trying to decide on clear windows and an interior or blacked out windows (slammer) and no interior. Body is just sitting on chassis now, nothing final yet. still needs to be cleared and little things like taillights, etc...............................Fred
