zinser bin primer sealer. may not be speeled right LOL would this do the trick ? thanks rob

Yeah - BIN should be fine. The two different colors you're seeing are mostly from the porosity of the filler - it's just like sealing wood before you paint it - some putty needs to be sealed before it'll look like the plastic around it.
