Rick, I'd BMF it like a stocker. Great counter point to rest being totally drag. Sort of a "sleeper" look. Or would that be "stealth". I'm just not up to date!(Ha-Ha!)

In theory, if it was a glass body, it wouldn't have to have any. But, if it was way-old-school like some of the early cars, with a real steel body, you might want it all done. I like it the way it is personally.

Thanks for the compliments & suggestions Guys...Like Tim Pointed out, the Two types of Bodies for these older funnies would be ; either Fiberglass, or Acid Dipped ... and with this particular body, having Door lines & trim detail, it would be an acid dipped body....I'm not sure why it has the full trim, but it does; and I guess I should go that route. ...oh, and Yes..I did drill out the tailights & headlights...( the "Purists" will hate me ;D )

puff .....puff ..........puff ..... Sorry I'm late. Rick your paint job is faithful down to the last psssst of the airbrush. When I build the prototype all of the chrome trim was painted. Paint because Bare Metal Foil was not on the market yet. The original idea was that the car was an all steel body slightly modified. The original concept had all of the lights bored out ( for detail ? ). I have the original art work for the box art used. There is just one detail in the original art work that was added but not used. On the upper part of the rear fender, the artist Jack Lynnwood and the words " PAETH IS AN IDIOT". I naturally changed that to "driver paeth" on the rear fender instead. If you have the original decal sheet, my name should be there.
I can hardly wait to see the finished product.

Thanks (Again! ) Bob, I had a feeling that the Headlights & tailights should be drilled out, just to add to the realism. I'll have to check my Decal Sheet, although this is the last issue of the kit, so it might not have your name on it?...Bob, do you have Artwork; which varies from the box art used ? ... ... ( - possibly different angles, etc ? ) .....would the size allow for a Scan ? Here's one from the AFXnscale site Rick. Shows the decal pretty well. I had a set of those decals hear somewhere. I'll keep looking for you.

Actually Rick, the original art work that I have is exactly like the box art, down to the opening 'chute and the streaked lights in the background. to my knowledge this kit was only issued one time so my name should be of the decal sheet.
