Have you tried Michaels store? I was in there and saw some skeleton-type figures that might work .. and they look to be the right size as well!

I might have a spare from a Jolly Rodger kit, they are similar to the ones from Bad medicine, a sitting position, I will have to check the parts bin

I just looked today, and all I have is one skeleton for the Jolly Rodger kit I am building, I thought the parts one I had, had one, I am sorry no luck here.
