Does anyone have one they're willing to part with, or at least know which companies made them? All I know about the one I'm after is that it has 2 in 1 parts and it shows a red stock build and a turquoise custom on the box P.S. The dual headlight units are molded as a single chrome piece and yes I still want it ;D

Revell Pro Modeler made the '58 Corvette you are asking about. It was later updated to the '59.

That's a common kit, it was reissued recently in two versions, one was the anniversary set, same mold and kit, just different box art, then the rides version or some version on those lines, the rides or ? version has some parts missing and has a set of the ghetto looking wheels included

Martin,
Did you find one of these yet? I should have one kicking around if you need it.
I don't remember my first model. I think it was Moses's donkey, or maybe Ug's 'the wheel' - oh wait, I think it was that block of wood you had to carve into a 49 Ford deluxe. - wonder how many of those got finished

Martin my bad on the 62, but the 59 was reissued as part of the anniversary set, the 1960 one is way cooler, it is the old mpc tooling with a lot of cool parts in it, I have spotted the 59's on ebay $5 - $ 15 U.S. on them
