Thank you gentlemen for the compliments! Dave, I love the Party Ice Panel. That color combo really stands out. I agree Rick, it would be cool to see this and the Badman with wheels in the air leavin' the tree. ;D

I had one of those around 1976. It was painted green in its first life. Then I tried to chop the top. It's not a kit whose top a thirteen-year-old should try to chop: mine ended up with nastily-angled shoulders on the top sides, because it didn't occur to me to widen the roof. I painted it silver-blue anyway. I might even have the remains in a box somewhere.

You Guys Are Really Freaking Me Out !!! - I got one a couple weeks ago ...I was determined to build it with opening Doors ?! - So far, I have one door off the body, I really took my time, It came off without a hitch; but for some Strange reason, the other door doesn't look as fun right now !!!?!.............. ( I Didn't think about cutting the first one at the time I did it !!! ) - I plan to reinforce the rocker panel with a small piece of Piano Wire, It's pretty Flimsy ! Oh Well..........I figure, what the Heck, Give it a Wack !!!

I did that exact thing. I cut open the doors as all the original opening door pieces are still in there, (broke the rocker panel) and lost interest. Now I have plans of reaffixing the doors to non opening. (It's not that important to me now)
I'll be using evergreen strip styrene to fix the rocker panel though

I Was Thinking of using Evergreen Paul , But Thought , why not give it a little extra reinforcement; I know opening the doors up ( & making them operate nice ?!) ....will be a tricky little operation at the very least ??!!!
