Hi guys This is Revells Beach buggy. At the time of the photos, I still had some work on the engine to finish up. I changed the wheels and tires, and replaced the exhaust with a pair of mufflers from the parts box. This has to be the worst car kit I´ve ever built. Nothing fitted together, everything was warped.... Man, what a job....

Looks great to me Kim. Theres no better satisfaction than getting a pig of a kit to look great.

I still have my original issue of that kit I built, I can't remember, a LOT of years ago, but I do remember that it went together pretty easily- guess I was lucky it wasn't warped! That can make all the difference!

Well done!!! That kit is still missing in my VW/Porsche/Buggy-collection. I do however have 5 AMT Manx's, 1 built and 4 resto-objects.

Wow, very smooth finish Kim. I have one about 75% done too, it's on my list of things to finish in 2007. I've always been a big dune buggy fan. My Dad has owned 3, I did some prretty extensive custom paint work on one of them about 15 years ago. I'll have to dig out the pics and post them sometime. Theres a lady here in my town that has a yellow one that looks alot like your model, and she drives it just about every day.
