That's what I'm talking about. I used to get rid of those kits almost as soon as I got them but I'm finding more recently if you use your imagination that you can turn out some pretty wicked cool stuff.
As for that Lincoln, I've got one sitting on deck next to the A I'm trying to finish. I cut everything from behind that cross bar behind the driver's seat back and built in a rear panel. I'm still using the interior panels and dash as well but it will now be either a Roadster pickup or I may build a chopped roof of some sort onto it. I haven't made up my mind yet. I'm also using the factory wheels which is what is holding me up now. They are so tall, it's hard to get the body low the way I want it. Can't use that big ole rear end that comes with the kit as it's huge. So I've got some thinking to do on that one.
I like that Hispano though, Now I've got to do something like that, it looks wicked!

That looks brilliant!! Very cool! If you want to widen the rear fenders you'll need to cut them right down the middle lengthwise then use small strips of styrene (on the underside) to glue it back together where you want it then fill the indent with shorter styrene strips then putty and sand until smooth. I really think it needs a chrome gas tank on it's funny little turtle deck to finish up

Here's the 2 Bugatti's that my friend Bob built. He refers to them as Million dollar Rat Rods. He was selling them at a show we were at last year and I just had to have them. ;D

cHARLIE, THANKS FOR POSTING THOSE PIC'S,, THEY ARE OUTRAGOUS!!!!! Your welcome John. They do look much better in real life though than in these pictures. That's why I never posted pictures of them here before, they are so long it's hard to get good shots of them. I must have taken at least 25 pictures to get two good enough to post.
