So how is everybody doing on their builds for the Name Game? How y'all doin' on on the the Open Showrod? There hasn't been much talk(or sneeky peekys) lately and I'm throwin' out a line to catch some "chatter". I still haven't received any decals yet and I know Dan said he got a new printer but have not heard anymore. I'm done with the build(I know we were to build around the decals but time has forced me to finish one side of it.) I'm thinking of getting into the"open showrod" buildoff also but I have an Idea for a Holiday build as well and don't know which one to shoot for. I'll likely do both. Also, I know Kim from Denmark entered, but have not heard from him lately. I know he had some health issues and hope everything is alright. I found some pretty cool skeletons the other day and they are "dying" to get used in a Build! Plus , I never have built a "rat rod" before & would like to try it. So many Ideas, So little Time

I';ve nearly completed one of my three builds for the Name Game, but the one I've completed is the easiest of the three so I got a lot of work to go yet. As for the Open contest, I've done a quickie-build Alumna COupe (in bare metal finish, just as nature intended: and I'm working on my Uncertain T clone/tribute too. Over at my forum we've got a contest for our members to build a model for this Open too, to encourage a few builders who arent alredy on this forum to try something a little different. More here: www.automodelling.com/forum.php?id=2&tid=7081 , if anyone's curious.

CNC cut i am sure. and as i am sure where you got it, as it was offered to me prior to receiving my Uncertain T builder. but as you said let the person that supplied it tell it. it does look good though. and so will your touch to this fine project you started.
