Get the AMT "Hogan's Hero's" Jeep.
Should have 5 of the Goodyear 'Suburbanite' tires you need.

The HH Jeep was put out by AMT/RC2 about 2-3 years ago.
Some well stocked hobbyshops should have them.
If not try Model Round Up or one of the other On-Line shops.
Last, the do show up on the 'Bay fairly often.
