It's time for the May installment of the Big Rig Challenge. I haven't been around much since I have had to deal with a lot of personal things again. Needless to say I haven't made much progress on my truck (nor do I have photos at this time either.) I was able to glue more parts of the engine together, find some more reference photos for rear fenders, and the blue flames have come in as well. I gave up my hobby room so my ex-girlfriend could have a room of her own. All my hobby stuff is in boxes in my room now. Hopefully I'll be able to make some more progress in June (unless I am moving out of my townhouse into a smaller apartment).   Hopefully I can get some photos up.... if not please bear with me guys. |

I had rounded up engines, and started assembly of one for my entry and more mock up of the rear wheels, before my dad's surgery, will try and post pics after visiting my dad tonight.

I think that when we break up with our spouses we should at least put their pictures up on the Coffin Corner so everybody can all see what you've been putting up with.

Here are the photos.... The mess as it stands:     I found the kit! (and my spray booth)  *shudders* You guys don't want to know what I've been going through.... Let's say if ever hear a future girlfriend say "bi-polar" I'll be gone so fast you wouldda thought you'd seen a ghost!!! If you guys want photos of her I'll have to look around sicne I don't have many photos of her sicne she deleted them. |

Correct me if I'm wrong but shouldn't this be posted in the NON showrods section?
Hope you guys enjoy the newer photos! Moderators, please (if you can/may) move the tread to the non-show rods category as this thread was started before we had the different classes.
How everyone else fair on their trucks?
Is where I bang my head on the desk and leave now??? C'mon. Or please let me know HOW to reclassify the thread to the proper section. Is that something I can do, or is it just something that a moderator can do?  If you guys don't want to see the photos of this old project coming back (from 2008), that's fine - I won't post them. Maybe things have changed while I was away at university. |
