I'd like to get a complete engine from a vandal (the boss 429) if possible.
i have stuff to trade, or i can buy it.
Please let me know if anyone has one that they can get rid of.

im not sure if its the same or not, but what about the 429 boss that was in some of the pro street/pro mod ford models that rev/mono had in the 80's? if it is let me know and ill dig one up. i have a few some where

Isnt the engine in the Fire Iron supposed to be a 429?

yeah, the intake ports on those monsters were as big as tennis balls.
i'm not a ford guy, but the boss 429 is one of the most impressive motors that ever came in a
"off the showrooom floor" new car.
just plain impressive in size, and WAY impressive in it's perfermance.
