I know finding even a builder kit is big bucks, but I've found a four door Dodge body that could be used to make clone . Does anyone know if the chassis used in any other kit ? Also, was the original kit 1/24 or 1/25 scale ?

I'm getting ready to embark on this project myself. I have an original body, and interior tins (thanks Chuck) and a repro set of decals. I also have the 22jr dragster chassis to finish off the parts list. I have cleaned up the body, and rescribed the door lines, and have repaired the interior tins. I might try to get the body and interior tins cast in resin soon, just depends. This is a must have in the collection!!!

I'm not one to hoard empty model boxes and traded a bunch away a couple years ago.. even sent a nice /rare box to Shay (still waiting on my return surprise from him) .. and I fixed John up with a decent body and sheet metal work .

It's the Tony Nancy 22jr kit Don .. the one with the longest wheelbase out of the two... I Alcladed my frame Thanks Chuck, I had always thought it was the Garlits Wynn's Jammer. Much easier now. I picked up an unused body and tin for the Revellion at a show and I have a couple of the 22Jr so now that build can be a reality at some point.

Well, I guess I'll have to figure something out on the inside tin, I don't have any -anyone have a spare ? I hope I can find some repro decals for it too.

Gooche makes decals Don (if you are desperate) and I actually removed the inside tin to make it sit lower but I feel can be easily fabricated.. I'll see if I can round up more photos..here's an older shot showing the rear tin work before removal. .

That looks great ! I found that I have the Tony Nancy 22jr kit , so its down to the inner tin and the decals. It looks like Gooche is the only way to go ,I don't know of anyone else that makes them. The Dodge 4 door gluebomb I have is odd too, on top of being a 4 door, its molded in a clear olive with huge metal flakes in it. I haven't seen any other kits like this one.

Also my decals were made back when I had my ALPS..the "Revellion" is printed in silver foil as well as Bob's name on the rear quarter.. I believe the art file that the owner of Gooche has is one of my old art files tha I sold Wendell Sowers years ago ... be sure and request the white lettering unless you want the foil... if you have someone to print, I believe I still have the file ....let me know
